A CONVERTED 12-BORE 1864 PATENT SINGLE-BITE SNAP-ACTION BAR-IN-WOOD HAMMERGUN, no visible serial number,
converted from pinfire, 30in. replacement nitro barrels, 2 1/2in. chambers, bored approx. imp. cyl. and 3/4 choke, action incorporating Turner patent 2585 of 1864, non-rebounding locks with converted pinfire hammers, border and partial scroll engraving, 14 1/4in. figured stock including 3/8in. extension (insert repairs to stock at knuckle), weight 6lb. 9oz.
