A RARE FRAMED CERTIFICATE OF MEMBERSHIP PRESENTED TO SIR CHARLES ROSS, presented by The Engineering Institute of Canada on October 22nd 1918 and displayed in a wooden frame. Sir Charles Ross was the inventor of
the Ross rifle which was a straight-pull bolt action .303 inch-calibre rifle produced in Canada from 1903 until 1918.
