LOHMAR', and with twin gold band details at the breech end, finely matted sight rib with gold line bordering and gold-inlaid with the calibre designation, open sights and two folding leaf sights, finely file cut finish with gold-inlaid sight lines and marked for 50, 100 and 150 metres, finely matted ramp-mounted gold bead fore-sight with gold line detailing and fold-over moonsight / protector, double square-bridge action with quickly-detachable telescopic sight mount bases with chequered tops, colour-hardened bolt with progressive radial cut chequering and gold highlighting, engraved and colour-hardened recoil blocks, hinged straddle floorplate with push button release, blued trigger, best acanthus scroll engraving overall, retaining virtually full colour-hardened finish, the triggerguard monogrammed in gold script 'CE', highly-figured pistolgrip stock with cheekpiece, colour-hardened and engraved steel pistolgrip-cap and sling eyes, 14 3/4in. pull including 3/4in. leather covered recoil pad, weight 9lb. 6oz.
