circa 1825, with re-breeched 30 1/4in. barrel, bead fore-sight, standing notch rear-sight, converted borderline engraved bevel edged step tailed lock signed 'REDFERN'S', walnut full-stock with brass furniture including distinctive patchbox and raised lower tang, iron stirrup swivels and ramrod; TOGETHER WITH a brass ribbed-hilted bayonet with 'D' shaped knuckle-bow and straight 23 1/4in. spear-point blade false edged for the last 5 3/4in.
