A 9mm PINFIRE SIX-SHOT DOUBLE-ACTION REVOLVER SIGNED 'ARENDT? BREVETE A LIEGE', serial no. 6402,
circa 1865, with octagonal 4 3/4in. barrel, dove-tailed fore and rear-sights, the right side of barrel with signature (obscured), plain blued cylinder, spurred hammer, open iron frame with front-mounted under-barrel screw out ejector, guarded trigger and bag-shaped walnut grips, some refinishing to barrel and frame, traces of original finish elsewhere
