LORDSHIP OF THE MANOR OF FORSTERS (ALSO KNOWN AS FOSTERS),
the manor is attributable to the park of Burwash in the County of Sussex., rights to the title consist of rights to the styled title name and to the styled titles LORD OF THE MANOR OF FORSTERS (OR FOSTERS) and LADY OF THE MANOR OF FORSTERS (OR FOSTERS), together with a Declaration of Title in the name of the original assignor dated 15/9/99, a Certificate of Title and Deed of ownership in the name of the vendor in a carved mahogany-swept frame and ceremonial medal, brooch and scarf issued by the Landed Gentry Society (now believed to no longer exist). There are no feudal rights, land or other rights offered with this title.
Other Notes: The purchaser will be responsible for the execution of a deed of assignment (to be signed by the vendor) necessary for the legal transfer of the title into his or her own name.
