W.C.2', 2 3/4in. chambers, bored approx. 1/4 and 3/4 choke, automatic safety with white metal inlaid 'SAFE' detail, beaded border and acanthus scroll engraving surrounding game scenes of pointer on point, a nye of pheasant and a brace of partridge, retaining much original colour-hardening and finish, 14 3/4in. boldly figured stock including 1in. rubber recoil pad, weight 6lb. 10oz., in its brass-cornered leather case, together with a contemporary Thomas Bland & Sons Gunmakers Ltd. catalogue
