circa 1860, with round 5 3/4in. barrel, borderline engraved band at muzzle, applied pillar fore-sight, standing notch rear-sight at barrel throat, border and scroll engraved iron frame signed 'MEYERS BVE', the top-strap signed 'WARD' along with the serial number, plain cylinder, spurred hammer, guarded trigger and chequered flared walnut grips, slight traces of colour
