REMINGTON & SONS ILION NEW YORK USA, NEW MODEL', dove-tailed white metal conical fore-sight, sighting groove to the top-strap, solid iron frame, possible working replacement plain cylinder with safety notches, brass trigger-guard and smooth walnut grips, martial inspector's letters, traces of finish with bruising to metalwork.
