A SCARCE FALKLAND ISLAND COMMEMORATIVE FAIRBAIRN-SYKES KNIFE SIGNED WILKINSON SWORD, serial no. 092, and made to celebrate the victory in the Falkland Islands, of usual form but the blued blade etched with a scene of British Paratroopers Preparing for combat, the reverse with makers details and an etching of a Paratrooper stood with a Union Jack flag over 'VICTORY IN THE FALKLANDS' all the etching with traces of gilt wash, the crossguard and pommel gilded, the ribbed hilt enamelled black and complete with its leather scabbard
