possibly converted from flint, with 3 1/4in. tapering octagonal barrel, inlet silver wire scrolls the the top three flats, the top-flat signed 'EIBAR'. scroll engraved breech, plain top-tang joining the long back-strap, walnut full-stock (cracked at fore-end), chequered semi-birdshead butt with iron beaked cap, guarded trigger, belt-hook and ramrod throat, ramrod missing
