second model circa 1857, with octagonal 6 1/4in. barrel, engraved band at muzzle, scroll engraving to throat, provision on the left hand side for a detachable rammer (missing), border engraved top-strap signed 'HOLLIS, 68 HIGH STREET CHELTENHAM No. 4122', flat spring cylinder arbor release, fully scroll engraved frame except panel for serial number, plain cylinder with panels of scroll engraving over each chamber extending back from a rope-twist engraved leading edge band, inverted 'Y' shaped hammer safety spring, spurless hammer and chequered walnut one-piece grip with engraved iron pommel-cap, refinished
