manufactured in 1982-83, with 7in. polished blued stiletto blade etched with a gilded image of British paratroopers within a gilt border, the reverse with standing paratrooper raising a Union Jack above a newspaper and scroll declaring 'VICTORY IN THE FALKLANDS' and the maker's trademark at the forte, gilded boat-shaped cross-guard, gilded ribbed metal hilt, not supplied with a scabbard, together with its red leatherette presentation box with Wilkinson's trademark to the satin of the lid lining along with the gilt wording 'THE FALKLANDS ONCE MORE UNDER THE GOVERNMENT DESIRED BY THEIR INHABITANTS - GOD SAVE THE QUEEN - MAJOR GENERAL JEREMY MOORE - JUNE 1982' the tray lined in burgundy velvet, as new
