A LARGE BOWIE-KNIFE WITH DISPLAY-BOARD, SIGNED 'WESTERN', MODEL 'W49-M', circa 1975, with 9 1/4in. polished blade signed at the forte (some light storage corrosion), brass 'S' shaped cross-guard and smooth walnut pistol-grip hilt fixed by three brass rivits, complete with a wooden display board with moulded border bearing an applied plaque 'AUTHENTIC BOWIE KNIFE CIRCA 1840', and together with its leather sheath.
