A LARGE WHITE-METAL AND MARINE-IVORY MOUNTED BURMESE DHA, mid 19th century, with slightly curved clip-point 19in. blade, circular faceted white metal tapering mount with carved beaded and raised bands, plain walrus-tusk turned hilt and complete with its wood scabbard decorated with sheet white-metal and en-suite decorative bands and arabesques, thick rope binding around throat and graduating from circular to flat in cross-section
