A 9mm (PARA) DWM LUGER P08 LANGE or 'ARTILLERY' SEMI-AUTOMATIC SERVICE PISTOL, serial no. 5164, with holster and stockboard,
the pistol dated for 1916, with blued 8in. barrel, adjustable fore-sight and elevating tangent rear-sight, dated nocksform, maker monogrammed toggle, blued frame with straw finish to ancillaries, chequered wood grips and all matching numbers except for the un-numbered wood based magazine, much original finish and colour, with its period leather service-holster containing a magazine loading tool and barrel-handled cleaning rod (both original but unmarked) and a matching number wooden stock-board (also unmarked), together with a certificate of proof
