EDMUNDS.', 2 1/2in. chambers, bored approx. true cyl. and 1/2 choke, automatic safety with inlaid 'SAFE' detail, border and partial acanthus scroll engraving surrounding the makers name in a scrolling banner, retaining very slight traces of original colour-hardening and finish, 15 1/4in. stock including 7/8in. wooden extension, weight 6lb 4oz., in a very distressed leather leg of mutton case
