Belgian manufacture circa 1885, with plated ovoid 2 1/2in. barrel, crescent fore-sight, the top-strap with central sighting groove and marked on the flats 'THE BRITISH BULLDOG', swing out ejector, plain plated cylinder, plain plated solid frame with loading gate, double action mechanism and smooth semi birdshead ebony grips, retaining a strong amount of original plated finish, 7 1/4in. overall
