AN ITALIAN MODEL 1860 CAVALRY SABRE, circa 1870, with 35 1/4 in. slightly curved plain blade fullered on each side, ricasso with inspection mark to one side and maker marked 'ALE...MANN / SOLINGEN' over, steel hilt with black leather grip bound with copper wire together with its black painted steel scabbard with single suspension ring, blade stained, hilt rusted, guard dented, scabbard with a 1 1/2 in. long puncture below the suspension band, paint flaking, 43 1/2 in. overall
