A GROUP OF THREE GERMAN WORLD WAR ONE MAUSER BAYONETS, early 20th Century, 1 - a short saw-back, with 10 in. steel blade fullered on each side with inspection marks to the back, ricasso with crown and 'ERFURT' marking, indistinct numbering to cross-guard, black pressed leather grips, bird's head pommel, together with its steel scabbard stamped 'K.S. 2105' at the throat, blade with crack at bottom saw-tooth and badly pitted on one side towards the point, pommel and cross-guard heavily pitted, grips shrunken and worn, release button frozen, scabbard badly pitted and with rust hole, 15 3/4 in. overall; 2 - a large saw-back with 14 1/4 in. steel blade with the teeth ground off and fullered on each side and inspection marks to back, ricasso marked 'SCHLEUTERMANN / REMSCHEID', steel hilt with wooden grips, together with its steel scabbard, hilt rusted, back-strap dented, one grip damaged and split, scabbard rusted, 20 1/2 in. overall; 3 - one with 10 in. single edged blade fullered on each side, inspection stamps to back, ricasso stamped 'ALEX COPPEL / SOLINGEN', cross-guard stamped '22. R.R.M.G.24', steel hilt with wooden grips, together with a black leather scabbard wit steel fittings and a black leather frog, blade stained with some pitting, hilt rusted, grips worn, scabbard worn with fittings rusted, frog worn with rusted rivits, 16 1/2 in. overall
