A PATTERN 1895 SOCKET BAYONET FOR THE .303 MARTINI, dated 1900, with triangular steel blade fullered on each side, ricasso with Broad Arrow, inspection mark and '2 '00', together with its black leather scabbard with brass fittings stamped with Broad Arrow, 'WD' and inspection mark, with 'sold out of service' arrows on frog stud, bayonet bright and appears unissued, scabbard leather worn, corrosion and one rivet missing from chape, 25 3/4 in. overall
