A WORLD WAR TWO GERMAN NAVAL DRESS-DIRK,
circa 1937, with 9 1/4in. stiletto blade etched with floral devices, arabesques and fouled anchors (extreme tip re-profiled), twin narrow blind fullers to both sides, squared ricasso with maker's mark at forte, carved and gilded cross-guard with central anchor devices and a push-button scabbard lock, wire-bound cream-coloured celluloid grip and eagle and swastika pommel, complete with its brass scabbard embossed with lightning bolts (some small dents) and fitted with twin loose suspension rings
