A GOOD .450  WEBLEY No.2  'BRITISH BULLDOG' REVOLVER, RETAILED BY W. TULLOCH & CO. serial no. 70598, 
 circa 1897, with nickel-plated ovoid 2 1/2in. barrel, the sighting flat and right side of barrel engraved 'W. TULLOCH & CO, 4 BISHOPSGATE CHURCH PASSAGE, NEW BROAD ST, LONDON E.C.', the top-strap marked 'THE BRITISH BULLDOG' alongside the sighting groove, plated fluted five-shot cylinder, solid frame with loading gate, chequered walnut birdshead grips, the whole retaining virtually all its original plated finish
