A LARGE TURKISH 14-BORE FLINTLOCK HOLSTER PISTOL, no visible serial number, circa early 19th Century, with 14 in. steel barrel steel lock, hammer, eared butt-cap and trigger-guard all with inlaid white metal decoration, carved wooden stock with inlaid white metal wire decoration, blinded pitting and staining to the barrel, losses to the inlaid decoration, the fore-stock a well-fitted but full replacement with a brass barrel band, rammer a replacement, action at fault, 21 in. overall
