PATENTEE. 26. PICCADILLY. LONDON.', 2 1/2in. chambers, bored approx. true cyl. in both, action incorporating Needham patent rotating single bolt sidelever patent, patent no. 1544 of 1862, use number 705, the fences with lever operated external cams, rebounding sidelocks (likely converted from non-rebounding as rebound clears half-cocking lever cams) with high-spurred hare's-ear hammers, slim fences and side bolsters, permanently attached fore-end, best border and bold acanthus scroll engraving, 14 5/8in. stock including steel buttplate (wear overall), weight 6lb. 12oz.
