Horsley patent action incorporating Horsley patent pull back toplever, patent no. 2410 of 1st October 1863, carved percussion fences, non-rebounding sidelocks with finely engraved hammers, fine acanthus scroll engraving with ornate bordering and detailing, bowed triggerguard, rounded bar-in-wood, 14 1/4in. figured stock including steel buttplate, fore-end with light repairs and crosspin release, weight 6lb. 10oz., in its leather case
