for 1930, 30in. Siemens Martin-steel nitro barrels with raised file cut rib, the tubes engraved 'AUG. FRANCOTTE BTE A LIEGE', 2 3/4in. chambers, bored approx. 3/4 choke in both, treble-grip action, manual safety with gold-inlaid 'S' detail, border engraving, the underside engraved 'FAIT POUR J. FERRY A LUNEL', retaining much original colour-hardening and finish, 13 7/8in. highly-figured pistolgrip stock with diamond grip and horn pistolgrip-cap, 12in. broad beavertail fore-end with Deeley & Edge patent release, weight 10lb. 11oz., together with its original Francotte Certificate
