circa 1966, with blued 17 3/4in. barrel, full-length weighted barrel sleeve, tunnel fore-sight, provision for a rear-sight at breech (not fitted), blued air-chamber marked with the Walther banner trademark and 'LG CAL 4,5 MOD. 55 WALTHER'S PATENT', short applied rail at rear fitted with a Walther diecast micro adjustable aperture sight, chequered walnut half-stock with Tyrolean type moulded cheek-piece and rubber heel-plate, stock with later varnish
