circa late 1930s, with 32 1/2in. slightly curving single-edged nickelled steel blade fullered on each side, ricasso with Eickhorn Solingen trade-mark, brass hilt with eagle and swastika cross-guard and langet and oakleaf decoration, black plastic grip with tidy and complete white metal wire binding, black painted steel scabbard with single suspension ring, 37 3/4in. overall length
