A RARE .177 FALKE MODEL 90 UNDER-LEVER AIR-RIFLE, no visible serial number,
late version circa 1955, with blued 19in. barrel, ramp and blade fore-sight, micro adjustable rear-sight operating on an applied machined rail to the air-chamber, octagonal breech with automatic loading tap, the end of the air-chamber with 'FALKE MODELL 90' and an engraving of a bird of prey at rest, further machined rail to top of trigger-unit, chequered beech half-stock with plastic 'FALKE' heel-plate, the left side of the fore-end stamped 'FALKE' together with the bird of prey trade-mark picked out in silver paint and concealed blued under-lever, the metalwork retaining much original finish with some surface frosting, the woodwork very original
Provenance: In the less than ten year existence of the German firm Falke, only approximately 200 Model 90 air-rifles were produced
