circa 1835, with octagonal 5in. barrels marked 'BRISTOL' on the top-flats, bead fore-sights, engraved top-tangs, border and foliate engraved locks of flint form and signed 'FISHER', walnut full-stocks with chequered bag-shaped grips, the wrists with clipped corner rectangular escutcheons engraved 'B.C. TOWN CLERK', iron trigger guards and brass tipped ramrods
