Belgian or French circa 1770, with octagonal blending to round 3 1/4in. iron barrels, engraved breech-ends (rubbed), solid top-tangs, borderline and florally engraved locks with unbridled frizzens and lozenge pans (one lock not holding on cock), carved walnut full-stocks (losses and damage to fore-ends), iron furniture including long side-spurred bulbous butt-caps (one lacking pommel-cap), pillar fronted trigger guards and provision for under-barrel ramrods (both absent, one ramrod throat lacking)
