Belgian circa 1900, with octagonal 24 1/2in. barrel, matted top-flat, dove-tailed fore-sight and rear-sight, the latter with elevating blade, vacant rectangular panel for a retailer's name, plain slab-sided action (colour faded to near silver), dropping load-ramp with cocking indicator, walnut butt-stock with ribbed hard-rubber heel-plate, trigger guard bow with integral finger-lever and walnut splinter fore-end
