circa 1875, with fine etched damascus octagonal 12 1/2in. rifled barrel, dove-tailed blade fore-sight, no provision for rear-sight, moulded edges to the barrel-flat, moulded swing under-lever action inlet with yellow metal borders and white metal scrolls with floral designs, signed on the upper edge of action body 'T. JOBE', en-suite back-action lock with non-rebounding hammer, relief carved ebonised grip, captive chequered fore-end with cross-key fastener and plain trigger
