TWO PAIRS OF WORLD WAR I SHELL-CASE TRENCH ART VASES, being 1) two German 77mm cases with fuzes dated 1917 with curled rims, marked for the 9th Divisional Ammunition Column of the Royal Field Artillery [a volunteer unit raised in Guernsey] with details of engagements around the base, each 8 in. tall; 2) two French 75mm cases with fuzes, decorated with a branch and leaf design and 'YPRES', one case showing some surface creasing, 12 in. tall (4)
