A PATTERN 1796 INFANTRY OFFICER'S SWORD AND PATTERN 1821 SWORD SCABBARD, circa 1805, with 32 in. single-edged blade fullered on each side, gilt hilt with double shell guard folding on one side, wire-bound grip, urn pommel, worn, blade stained with rust patches, tip bent, faint traces of engraving only, gilding rubbed, wire loose on grip, no scabbard, and a worn and surface rusted scabbard from a Pattern 1821 Light Cavalry Officer's Sword
