NEW BOND ST. LONDON.', Jones patent rotary-underlever, carved percussion fences, non-rebounding sidelocks, bold acanthus scroll engraving, the lockplates with scrolling banners engraved 'C. LANCASTER LONDON', the triggerguard with two hounds, the triggerguard tang with a brace of pheasant, brushed and blued finish, 14 3/8in. well-figured stock (some paint splashes) with steel buttplate, the buttplate with back strap engraved with scrollwork surrounding a scene of hound chasing fowl, fore-end with crosspin release and horn finial, weight 7lb. 14oz.
