A .750 FLINTLOCK 1804 NEW LAND INFANTRY MUSKET SIGNED TOWER, no visible serial number, with bayonet,
the musket circa 1805, with round iron 42in. barrel without breech moulding, rounded solid tang, probable working replacement lock of the earlier style with borderline engraving 'G.R.' device below pan and 'TOWER' signature to the tail behind the swan-necked cock, walnut full-stock (extensive filled repairs around lock and tang), brass 'India' pattern furniture, the heel-plate spur stamped '3W B1' (possibly later), three ramrod pipes and throat, iron ramrod and stirrup swivels, complete with a period socket bayonet (pitted, no scabbard)
