type II (or model 3) variation for between 1888-1911, with nickel-plated 3in. barrels (hinge repaired), raised sighting rib with integral fore-sight, the rib signed 'REMINGTON ARMS CO. ILION N.Y.', blued barrel lock, hammer, screws, ejector and spur trigger, chequered hard rubber semi birdshead grips, fair amount of the original plated finish remaining, with a later leather belt holster
