A .577/450 MARTINI-HENRY MARK II SERVICE RIFLE SIGNED ENFIELD, no visible serial number, dated 1876, with 32 1/2 in. sighted barrel stamped 'N . S / N E P' [Native Service / Nepal] plus inspection and proof-marks, falling block action, right side of receiver with crown, plus traces of 'ENFIELD' and '1876', other marks rubbed out, full walnut stock, butt with Allahabad Arsenal roundel, complete with clearing rod and sling swivels, worn, pitting on both sides of the barrel at the junction with the stock, stock stripped of finish with losses, some filled, butt with splits and losses where meets the receiver, barrel-band pin absent, 49 1/2 in. overall
