circa 1887, with octagonal to round 4 5/8in. barrel, integral pinched blade fore-sight, sighting notch to rear of top-strap, solid frame, the left side below cylinder with an oval maker's stamp, 'church window' fluted six-shot cylinder, side safety, single action mechanism and walnut 'kidney-bean' grips with traces of chequering, the whole cleaned of finish, with certificate of proof
