NUMA GUY - PARIS 20-BORE SINGLE-BARRELLED PUSH-FORWARD UNDERLEVER HAMMERGUN, no visible serial number, circa 1880, 29 1/8in. black powder only blued damascus barrel with faceted breech-section, the top flat engraved 'Numa Guy arqer, 12 rue de Roule - Paris.' and with acanthus scroll and lattice-work detailing at the breech-end, 2 1/2in. chamber, bored approx. true cyl., carved percussion fence, back-action lock with rebounding hammer, scrolled push-forward underlever also acting as a front hand rest, border and acanthus scroll engraving, bright and blued finish overall, 13in. figured stock including engraved steel heel and toe plates (small split to toe), sling swivels, weight 4lb. 1oz.
