circa 1910, with blued tapering round 25in. barrel, the top near breech signed 'W.W. GREENER BIRMINGHAM SHARPSHOOTER'S CLUB RIFLE .310', folding ring fore-sight dove-tailed to block, elevating ladder rear-sight with windage micro-adjustment, plain blued receiver with side safe, the left hand side signed by the maker, dropping 'Martini' style load ramp, walnut butt-stock (heel-plate missing), under-lever cocking, plain half-length fore-end with take-down lever to rear left, provision for sling (front eyelet absent), some refinishing to receiver
