circa 1870, with blued 4in. sighted octagonal barrel, (some light bruising and frosting to finish), the top flat stamped 'CONNECTICUT ARMS & MANF. CO. NAUBUC CONN', colour hardened moulded receiver (faded), the swing sideways breech with 'PATENTED OCT 25,1864', sheath trigger and two piece chequered gutta percha grips
