Belgian circa 1840, with six etched damascus 2 5/8in. turn-off barrels (all currently frozen) numbered respectively '1' through '6', border and scroll engraved rounded boxlock action, the ring trigger drawing back an under-hammer to strike the rearward facing nipples, integral grip-straps, the rear scroll engraved, the front marked 'MARIETTE BREVETE' and smooth ebony bag-shaped grips
