circa 1810, with round turn-off slightly tapering 1 1/2in. barrels (frozen), broad engraved bands at the muzzles, further engraved bands at the joints, private Tower proofs, slender rounded iron bodies with trophy engraved panels to both sides and signed 'WOOD' on the left and 'YORK' on the right below the sculpted and engraved rainproof pans, roller frizzens, ring-neck central cocks, sliding safes also locking the pans, chequered walnut bag-shaped grips with white metal diamond-shaped escutcheons to wrists and concealed automatic triggers, 5 1/2in. overall lengths
