A RARE 9mm (PARA) GERMAN ORDNANCE MARKED F.N. HI-POWER 'CAPITAN' PISTOL, serial no. 59327,
produced in the early days of German occupation of Belgium circa 1940, with brushed bright 4 5/8in. barrel, blued slide marked 'FABRIQUE NATIONALE D'ARMES DE GUERRE, HERSTAL BELGIQUE' over 'BROWNING'S PATENT DEPOSE' and with waffenampt marks, dove-tailed fore-sight blade, elevating tangent rear-sight, external ring hammer, blued frame, chequered walnut grips, no provision for shoulder-stock and detachable magazine, much blued finish remaining
Provenance: These pistols were basically a parts clear-up assembled under German occupation using the slides from the Capitan model and the frames from the ordinary GP35 without the stockboard cut-out of the Capitan. Pistols of this configuration were only produced for a couple of months during the early phases of the occupation

Unless prior arrangement has been made, two weeks after the Sealed bid sale, all Section 5 (and Section 7.1 / 7.3) items will be moved to a Section 5 carriers where storage charges will be incurred.
Goods will not be released until all outstanding charges have been met. Collection will be by arrangement.
