circa 1895, with double edge straight 31 1/2in. blade, squared ricasso and central blind fuller, straight nickel-plated cross-guard with ball quillions, wire-bound sharkskin grip, plated bun pommel with moulded cross design and dismountable bulbous nut, in its leather field scabbard (wear throughout)
