A MIXED GROUP OF FIVE INDIAN SUBCONTINENT KUKRIS, being 1) late 20th Century large tourist piece, 24 in. blade punch-marked 'INDIA', horn handle, surface rusted, no scabbard; 2) mid-20th Century, 13 in. unmarked blade, wooden handle with brass fittings, scabbard in relic condition; 3) mid-19th Century, narrow 13 in. unmarked blade, carved wooden handle, no scabbard; 4) mid-20th Century better tourist piece with broad nickelled blade decorated with punch-work and marked 'MADE IN INDIA', decorated brass handle with lion-head pommel, leather scabbard with decorated white metal chape and pouch containing two smaller matching knives, scabbard leather worn and pouch torn with losses; 5) circa 1980s reproduction Indian Army World War I with 13 1/2 in. blade spuriously marked for 1917, wooden handle with brass fittings, brown leather scabbard and frog (5)
