A .32 (RIMFIRE) REMINGTON ELLIOT'S PATENT FOUR-BARRELLED DERRINGER PISTOL, serial no. 15541, in a later case,
circa 1885, with 3 3/8in. barrel cluster, the left centre-rib marked 'MANUFACTURED BY E. REMINGTON & SONS ILION N.Y.', the right rib marked 'ELLIOT'S PATENTS MAY 29 1860, OCT 1 1861', sliding barrel opening catch beneath the barrels, hammerless receiver, self cocking ring trigger and smooth moulded gutta-percha grips, reblued finish with brushed bright frame throughout and in a later walnut case lined and compartmented in green velvet and including a period cleaning rod
